At Theo’s Self Serve Dog Wash, we strive to provide an affordable, stress-free, and transparent experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services and products.
1. Self-Serve Dog Washes (Pay-As-You-Go)

All payments for self-serve dog wash sessions are due at the time of service.

Once a wash has started, no refunds will be issued.

In rare circumstances, management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations do not result in an automatic refund. Once billed, your plan will remain active for the remainder of the subscription period, and you will continue to have wash access until that time expires.

In certain circumstances, management may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rated refund or service credit based on the unused portion of the subscription.

If a technical error on our part prevents you from using your plan, we will provide either a pro-rated refund or service credit.
3. Vending Machine Products

All vending sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued if a product is damaged, spoiled, or fails to dispense correctly.

Management may review refund requests on an individual basis and provide refunds or credits at its discretion.
